Raj Shrikant Thackeray, perceived as Raj Thackeray, was welcomed on 14th June 1968 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Later on, Amitabh Bachchan (husband of Jaya) atoned for it. On 2nd October 2009, MNS workers disrupted the screening of the film ‘Wake Up Sid’ on its deliverance in a few Pine and Mumbai theaters. After Raj opposed the references of Mumbai in the film as “Bombay” rather than “Mumbai.” Due to this reason, in some moments in the movie, he changes to “Bombay.”
