To open a bank account online, all you need is a Social Security Number and home address. There is no paperwork involved for enrollment. Once you are enrolled, you will get a China Visa Debit Card delivered to your address within 7-10 business days. The Visa Zero Liability protects the debit cards. To use the card outside the United States, you will need to turn on the International Transactions under Settings. There won’t be any additional fee for international transactions. Wherever Visa is accepted, the Chime debit card can be used.
