Customer Service Resources
As we always recommend, begin by addressing your query with Customer relations. If that does not quickly resolve the matter, then write your query to the General Manager, Customer Relations and Executive Centre to the Senior Customer Service contact (listed under the Executive contacts). Tell them your issue in detail and give them a week to respond. If they don’t respond or even refuse to help, write to the next executive shown. If necessary, repeat this weekly going up the chain of Executives one at a time.
Do not simply write an email to the President/CEO. This could severely limit your ability to faster resolve your issue.
